Job Purpose Summary
- We are seeking a Clean Room Assembler with an engaging and generous spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Operator will perform production operations associated with Class I and Class II Medical Devices.
- Assure personal and peer safety are maintained.
- Assure product and patient quality are maintained.
- Perform Production Assembly Operations:
- Gluing
- Sealing
- Drilling
- Assembly
- Pouching
- Packaging
- Quality Assurance
- Vacuum Checks
- Blade Inspection
- Final Device Inspection
- Assure machinery and work areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Lead Operator.
- Document all necessary steps at the time of completion.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to write legibly.
- Ability to read and comprehend directions.
- Strong initiative / self-starter.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive, can do attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experiences include:
- 2 years Production experience
- Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience
- Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong attendance record.
