Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily retail sales activities, managing customer experiences, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining communication with customers, training sales staff, analyzing sales data, and identifying new sales opportunities.
