Cosette is headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ with 2 additional locations in the U.S. The South Plainfield, NJ office consists of an R&D Laboratory and other functional areas. The Lincolnton, NC site is a fully functioning, state of the art, manufacturing facility.

Basic Purpose: Maintain inventory of materials through accurate transactions on the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and safe, effective material movement in the warehouse and production areas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Perform timely and accurate delivery/return of materials.
• Perform accurate ERP transactions.
• Safe operations of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to transport a variety of materials throughout the facility.
• Ability to safely load/unload all types of trailers.
• Ability to safely transport components, finished goods, chemicals, wood/ plastic pallets, equipment, etc.
• Ability to complete a Bill of Lading.
• Assist with offsite warehouse shuttles.
• Assist with varied outbound/inbound shipments and associated documentation.
• Assist with finished goods shipments.
• Assist with discard processing.
• Proper handling and storage of Controlled Drug Substance products.
• Load corrugated cardboard totes and any discards when appropriate.
• Proper handling and storage of intermediates.
• Coordinate movement of materials when requested.
• Ability to assess and distribute wooden pallet inventory.
• Maintain the warehouse areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Utilize Good Documentation Practices on all documentation performed.
• Complete all training assignments in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision/management.
• Participate in Safety and Process Improvement Programs.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Physical Requirements:.
Education/Training/Work Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred and/or relevant work experience
• PIT Certification. History of safe PIT performance.
• Trainer Certification
• Cross-Training in other Warehouse areas.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• Computer Skills
• Inventory investigations
• Cycle Counting and Inventory Monitoring
• Basic reading, math skills, documentation accuracy and good verbal skills.
