Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a solid background in the cosmetics and skin care industry—specifically in skincare, hair care, and personal care. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, discover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and an in-depth understanding of the cosmetics and skin care market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cosmetics and skin care industry, including potential clients and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives to drive client retention and satisfaction.
• Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Cosmetic Solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business development initiatives and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for Cosmetic Solutions.
• Represent Cosmetic Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and build professional networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within cosmetics and skin care contract manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of cosmetics and skin care formulation, development and manufacturing processes, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success and exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
