Join Cottage Health as a temporary Executive Assistant ! The Executive Assistant provides independent administrative support and develop workflow process and systems for a department and/or department head (or higher) with minimal supervision and direction. Major accountabilities include:
- Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and word processing/typing projects.
- Prepares and coordinates special projects.
- Prepares reports, including collection data, editing, proofreading, and formatting. Percentage of time: % 4. Performs administrative duties such as answering telephones, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing reimbursements, filing, faxing, and copying documents.
- Sorts, handles, and distributes incoming mail and faxes.
- Prepares and handles invoices for payment.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Analyzes problems, takes independent action, or communicates planning, organizing or scheduling issues to the Vice President(s) or other high-level executive(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Preferred: AA degree
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills. Minimum 60 wpm keyboarding/typing speed. Proficiency in setting-up databases.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: 5 years administrative experience
Salary : $56,500 - $71,500
