JOB PURPOSE
Maintains and repairs exisiting hospital equipment and buildings. Installs general new equipment and fixtures, prepares and applies paint to walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and other objects and surfaces. Maintains and repairs wood components as needed to help ensure hospital facilities are maintained in a neat and attractive manner, consistent with standards appropriate for a healthcare facility.
