LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL & ENERGETIC PROPERTY MANAGER FOR AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY
Onsite property manager for an apartment community: Must promote and show properties to prospective tenants. Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies. Other duties to include: process applications and follow up with applicants; prepare and enforce leases; interview, qualify and place tenants; complete all required paperwork for new tenants; collect security deposits; ensure the premises is ready for new occupants; ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; enforce terms of rental agreements; maintain updated availability reports; obtain referrals from existing tenants; ensure timely payments and collections; minimize rental arrears; coordinate default proceedings; orient new tenants to the property; investigate and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner; enforce occupancy policies and procedures; maintain timely communications with residents and tenants; monitor maintenance turns and repairs are completed timeously and cost-effectively; organize incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports; maintain rental, maintenance and operating records.
Computer proficiency including MS Office and property management software. Knowledge of relevant local, state and federal laws and regulations. High level of organization and attention to detail. Professionalism. Previous experience in property management
