CSAC is looking for someone to work as a project manager/ or co-manager to help support “Interlude”, an innovative program offering crisis support and consultation for people coping with mental health challenges. The work involves peer based crisis support with adults in a comfortable and welcoming space, sometimes also could include outreach, and working with a co-facilitator in offering dialogic network meetings. We are looking for an experienced peer support leader, trained in Intentional Peer Support, who would embrace and help lead a practice model that emphasizes attentive listening and collaborative planning with all involved and who would welcome working flexibly and being part of dynamic teaming. CSAC has extensive experience with dialogic network practices and can offer training and supervision accordingly. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.
