Description
This case management position develops, implements, and monitors supports for persons with intellectual disabilities and possibly TBI, as well as the elderly. Strong supervisory, organizational and inter-personal skills required. Extensive training and mentoring provided but candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field and a B.A. degree. Comparable experience with a High School diploma may be considered. Basic schedule is 8-4pm M-F, but must be flexible to respond to emergency situations and some after-hour calls. The work is team-oriented, fast-paced, challenging and fulfilling. Full time at 37.5 hours per week with the annual compensation of $45K. Generous benefit package. EOE

BA degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, or comparable knowledge, skills and experience with a high school diploma. Clean background.
