CounterTek Inc. is a small, locally owned, business located in Ephrata, PA. We manufacture and deliver custom-made vanities and countertops to our customers in the kitchen and bath industry. Our products include laminate and postform countertops, solid surface countertops, and cultured marble vanity tops. We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time permanent role.
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
No evenings or weekends.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first and main point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, helpful, accurate, and organized to receive and process orders for custom countertops.
Some experience in the field of Customer Service is required.
Duties and responsibilities include responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services, providing pricing and delivery information, and obtaining all information needed to process an order.
Other duties include maintaining accurate records and details of interactions. A familiarity with Quickbooks, Outlook, and Google systems is helpful.
