Responsibilities:
· Schedule service appointments
· Track progress of repairs
· Provide estimates
· Maintain service records
· Develop a solid relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Automotive knowledge preferred.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Must have strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Desire to provide complete customer satisfaction at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
The Country Club Auto Group provides Sales and Service for all Chevrolet, GMC, and Nissan vehicles at our Dealerships, as well as the area’s largest selection of Pre-Owned and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
