Player Service Attendant- Outside Golf Services

Country Club of Landfall hiring for part time outside player service attendants for Golf Operations asap!

About Us:
Country Club of Landfall is a premier private country club known for its exceptional service, championship golf course, and outstanding amenities. We are seeking a courteous, dependable, and service-oriented Cart Attendant/Player Service Attendant to join our golf operations team and contribute to the exceptional member experience we pride ourselves on.

Responsibilities include

• Prepare and stage golf carts for daily use, ensuring they are clean, charged, and properly stocked

• Fulfill daily opening and closing task list

• Help set up, maintain, and break down the range and practice areas

• Greet and assist members and guests with their bags and carts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, bag drop area, and staging areas

• Ensure proper storage of carts and charging at the end of the day

• Monitor and refill amenities (e.g., scorecards, pencils, tees, towels, water, etc.)

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

• Assist with tournament setup, breakdown, and other golf-related events as needed

• Follow all club policies and safety procedures

Schedule

• Our golf facilities are open 7 days a week
• Varying shifts available throughout the week-early morning to afternoon, afternoon to evening
• Weekend availability is required

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work well in a team and take direction

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

• Previous golf or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
