Country Inn looking for a full-time Hotel Night Auditor to join their amazing team!

Friday -Tuesday nights

The position pays $17.00

The Position

Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities. Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not post during the day by front desk/guest services.

Duties:

• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts
• Verify all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary
• Verify that all charges are assigned to the appropriate department
• Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics
• Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities
• Prepare end of day procedure
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations
• Greet arriving guests; assign rooms and issue keys
• Collect and process guest payment and billing information
• Answer guest requests for assistance
• Provide locale information
• Provide guests with access to hotel services
• Perform training as assigned
• Work with Housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and ready
• Keep Maintenance informed of all maintenance issue request
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

Prior customer service and hospitality experience preferred.
