Position 1- Direct Support Professional
Scheduled shifts: THESE ARE THE ONLY SHIFTS SCHEDULED FOR RIGHT NOW PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF THIS SCHEDULE WORKS FOR YOU
Monday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, and Tuesday 6:30 am - 10:30 pm
and other shifts as needed possible 2-3 shifts more per 2 weeks
We are proud to have a great team that work together to help each other filling in shifts for vacations, illness, etc. MUST be flexible and a team player!
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Person-Centered Services to individuals with mental illness
- Assist individuals lead a self-directed life and contribute to the community
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living
- Accompany persons served to doctor appointments if necessary
- Cooking and serving meals
- performing light household duties
- Medication administration and assistance
- PRIMARY responsibility to provide services to enrich the lives of persons served to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18years old or older
- Must have a current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean record
- Must be able to pass a MN State and Federal Fingerprint Background Study
- Must be able to work every other Sunday evening
- No experience necessary: ALL training will be provided
