What are the responsibilities and job description for the Whoopsy Daisy Teacher position at Country Side Living?
Under the direction of the Sub-Director, teacher shall assist with overseeing and directing, planning, organizing and implementation of education and activity services for children ages 3 years to 12.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Guide and facilitate activities, field trips, curriculum
- Cooperate with other teachers for smooth functioning classroom
- Flexible scheduling hours.
- Guide children’s acquisition of social skills
- Develop lesson plans and implement.
- Eat with and assist children in development of social and self-help skills, and sound nutritional practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Assoc. Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related degree -OR-
- Documentation of attaining at least a Step 7 in the Oregon registry
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License/Clean driving record
- Childs CPR and First Aide
- Food Handler’s Card
Wage Depends on Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
