Veterinary Hospital Manager

Country View Animal Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Manager to join our team!

We’re searching for Hospital Managers who have current, hands-on veterinary hospital leadership experience. Individuals who are committed to a career in veterinary medicine with interest in growth and ongoing training are highly encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time role comprised of five 8-hour shifts.

The Hospital Manager will partner with the Medical Director and is responsible for many aspects of the business. Most important, you will build a positive culture and cultivate trust with our existing team. This is a “hands-on” position, and the Hospital Manager is expected to assist the hospital in various areas as needed (general technician duties, client service, patient restraint, etc.).

• Assisting with veterinary technician and front desk duties
• Complaint resolution
• Managing/training the support team
• Creating schedules for all team members
• Inventory and budget management
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed
• Monitoring hospital flow
• Client communication and education

Full-time Benefits:

• Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus package: $2,000 for CVT’s
• CE allowance: $500 the first year and $1,000 annually thereafter for CVT’s
