Position: Full-Time Director of Dining Services
Location: 1900 Huckleberry Ave, Omro, WI
Hours: First Shift | 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM

We’re looking for a creative leader with culinary experience to oversee kitchen operations and ensure our residents enjoy delicious, well-presented meals every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals that are fresh, visually appealing, and dietary-compliant.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff; assign duties and manage scheduling.
- Ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices in line with Serve Safe guidelines.
- Educate and train staff on kitchen safety and food prep procedures.
- Order food supplies weekly while managing inventory and staying within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adjust menu cycles seasonally; accommodate resident preferences and special diets.
- Fill in kitchen shifts as needed and ensure proper staffing for all shifts.
- Handle employee scheduling, evaluations, and corrective actions in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct staff meetings and oversee truck deliveries and invoice audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required if 18 )
- Serve Safe certification (required)
- Experience in meal planning, baking, and cooking
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and great communication with residents and staff
