County Welding, LLC, a certified welding company in MD, seeking an office assistant to join our team at our main office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering and monitoring incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Supporting the office personnel with daily administrative functions.
- Provides support with filing, labels, and creates new files when needed.
- Tracks inventory and ordering of project materials.
- Performs sanitation protocol on all surfaces in accordance with our policies.
- Schedules and arranging meetings.
- Assisting in marketing.
- Create, update, and maintain reports
- Document Control (Scanning/Uploading documents)
- Assist with minor purchasing (process invoices, cost comparisons)
- Maintain and order office supplies
- General Office Management
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
- All other administrative functions as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Prior construction experience is a plus as well as an understanding of the project management principles
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or some college required
Experience:
Similar work experience: 2 years (Preferred)
