Courtesy Ford of Atlanta's Auto Body Shop in Conyers, GA is an authorized 'Direct Repair Facility' for most major insurance companies and repairs all makes and models of vehicles. We need to hire an Auto Body Shop Estimator to lead customers through the process of having their vehicle repaired after an accident. Use the CCC ONE estimating software program to write cost estimates for parts and labor needed to repair / restore collision related auto body damage to pre-loss condition, communicate with the insurance company, and more. Estimator experience, and CCC ONE estimating software program experience, is preferred.

Responsibilities - Auto Body Shop Estimator:

• Lead customers through the process of having their vehicle repaired after an accident.
• Inspect collision related auto body damage
• Use the CCC ONE estimating software program to write cost estimates of parts and labor needed to restore collision related auto body damage to pre-loss condition.
• Review estimate with the customer
• Communicate with customer and insurance company regarding the claim
• Oversee ordering parts, etc.
• Follow job through the entire repair process, keep customers updated, and quality control the vehicle for final delivery.

Requirements - Auto Body Shop Estimator:

• Auto Body Shop Estimator experience is preferred
• CCC ONE estimating software program experience is preferred
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Must have good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant, energetic, dependable, conscientious, self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test
