Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Server and Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar while delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an orderly environment in the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is beneficial.
- Cash handling experience is a plus, along with familiarity with cash registers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
