Courtyard by Marriott Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Accounting Admin. Previous experience in an accounting role is required, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Essential Job Functions
- Manages group files by pulling tickets, making legible copies, and organizing documentation according to date and department policy.
- Ensure complete and accurate group records before arrival, maintaining all necessary information per departmental standards.
- Inputs and tracks guest satisfaction and meeting planner survey results in appropriate systems.
- Assists with billing inquiries and resolves guest-related billing issues promptly and professionally.
- Operates complex computer and telephone systems and performs accounting tasks using a 10-key adding machine.
- Audits, consolidates, and prepares deposits for the bank, maintains cash/change supplies, reconciles over/short reports, and reports discrepancies to department heads.
- Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week).

Experience/Education
College degree preferred; high school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Marriott experience preferred.
