Requirements/Qualifications of Certified Dietary Manager:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completed a Certified Dietary Manager program.
- At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- At least one (1) year Management experince preferred.
- Knowledge of State and Federal guidelines.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
