What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Leader position at Cousins?
This is a Franchised Cousins Subs location. We make fresh, quality sandwiches - served with smiles. We are want to add team members that can contribute positivity, and an ability to work in an environment that sometimes is fast paced, but also can stay productive during down times. Candidates should apply if you want to be in a clean environment where everyone pulls their share. We advertise for crew leaders instead of crew members because we believe everyone we hire has exceptional potential.
Responsibiltes include: Sandwich making, customer service, cleaning, cash handling, food prep and slicing.
Benefits: We have very flexible scheduling and are willing to work with any schedules, or availability. Our hours of operation are 11am-8pm - no early mornings and no late nights. We offer meal discounts, friendly and efficient co-workers, advancement opportunities, snacks, laid back uniform policy, and tips - ranging from an additional $1.00-$4.00 per hour based on the days a week and your great customer service ability. We are most in need of help during nights and weekends and we are willing to hire the right people, even those with very limited availability.
