MAINTENANCE TECH

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Primary Duties & Responsibilities  

• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all grounds as assigned. 
• Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance. This includes trash pickup, mowing and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning. 
• Rakes, shovels, and loads material as needed relating to projects needing completion. 
• Performs irrigation repair and operates pumps and clocks. 
• Performs grounds duties as needed. 
• Reports any unsafe conditions related to grounds and equipment to Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager. 
• Supports and follows Cove Communities and property policy at all times. 
• All other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. 
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds on a regular basis and withstand long periods of time on feet.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair a plus. 
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. 
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Weekend work may be required in season.
