What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor II position at Cove PREP?
Cove PREP is a Secure Care Facility that provides intensive sexual offender treatment for adolescent males ( ages 12-20) who have been adjudicated delinquent. Cove PREP is located on the grounds of Torrance State Hospital, near Blairsville, PA.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Therapist Full Time: Responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager. Facilitates both individual and group therapy sessions, coordinates care with guardians, Probation Officers and Caseworkers, as well as providing written progress reports and court testimony.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline and at least 2 years experience working with adolescents preferred.
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Criminal Justice

Salary : $31,200 - $39,500
