- Conduct Client Inquiry calls
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage by analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize company software to track client & referral source interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and address client concerns.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on services.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop effective strategies.
