Ultrasound Technologist

Description

Under the supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor and the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services, perform ultrasound procedures to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease.

Required qualifications:

• Course study in diagnostic ultrasound. Or equivalent educ/experience

• Required upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Vendor Managed)

• Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year Experience as an Ultrasonographer.
