Job Title – Program Manager (IAM & Cyber Security)
Location – Onsite 4 days a week in Smyrna, GA
Role Type – Contract, 1 year
Must Have Skills:
- Experience working within a structured PMO and strong understanding of PMO frameworks
- Proven project management experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, especially on smaller teams
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Oversee and manage large-scale IAM and cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Operate within an established PMO framework, following structured methodologies and reporting standards
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership
- Drive project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of IAM initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to define scope, timelines, and resource needs
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Track dependencies across multiple concurrent projects and manage any conflicts or overlaps
- Proactively identify issues and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Create detailed documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates and ensure transparency
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure all project team members are aligned on goals and responsibilities
- Leverage cybersecurity and IAM domain knowledge to influence decisions and optimize solutions
