The Sales Account Manager will direct efforts to achieve sales goals in markets in accordance with regional marketing/sales plans. They will also be responsible for the development of new business for specialty films products and maintaining existing business. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Manage NA sales activities with assigned regional accounts with goal of maximizing sales, profitability at these accounts. Maximize sales growth through new business development activities to support long term growth of Specialty Films. Define and help establish key pricing strategies with sales/commercial lead, to achieve desired market share. Negotiate price revisions and sales contracts. Collect and communicate strategic competitive and industry information to business team to help drive growth strategy initiatives and analyze product offerings/portfolio. Provide account activity reports and consistent tracking of opportunities. Participate in industry associations and trade shows, attending events to maintain and share knowledge on industry trends. Provide guidance and coaching to lower-level employees as needed Engage beyond account level, understand and manage the value chain of assigned accounts. Support NA business analysis and insights generation on need base. Ability to travel up to 75% Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in science or technical discipline with 4 years of commercial experience Previous industrial sales experience Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of plastic materials; properties, applications and fabrication techniques Familiarity with plastics films extrusion Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in digital platforms and business software including Microsoft Office Excellent communication and selling skills Ability to work in field/home office and be self-motivated Negotiation skills Travel required up to 75% #LI-Hybrid YOUR APPLICATION Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
