Position Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Property Manager/Operations Manager located in Covington, GA. The Sr. Property Manager/Operations Manager will oversee the operational and administrative functions of multiple residential properties to ensure they meet performance and compliance goals. Key responsibilities include managing property staff, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, overseeing budgeting and expense management, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, developing tenant relationships, and addressing tenant concerns promptly. This role also involves analyzing and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and leadership skills to oversee property staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Property management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
- Experience in tenant relationship management, handling concerns, and fostering effective community interaction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively work with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role in property management or operations is highly desirable
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
