This roleprovides daily support to both external and internal customers whileassisting with scheduling, status, and other requests in an efficientand fast-paced team environment.
Experience and SkillsPrevious experience in aerospace or manufacturingProficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)Strong communication and teamwork skillsPosition ResponsibilitiesCox Machine representative and point of contact for key customeraccounts.
Obtain and manage customer reports, forecasts, and contractualdocumentation.Accurate internal order scheduling, upkeep, and communication as needed.
Confer with team members to solve problems, complete tasks, and assistwith other customer accounts.Adapt as needed to support new customers, evolving trends, anddeveloping projects.
Set meetings as needed to communicate and elevate issues to internalcustomers and stakeholders appropriately.Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to expedite orders andresolve issues.
Act as liaison between departments or other groups to improve function,performance or communication.Compile spreadsheets and tables, performing excel functions as needed toreview dataReview applicable organizational policies and procedures to ensureunderstanding and compliance.
