Job Summary
-
As a Device Technician at CoxHealth Electrophysiology, you will play a crucial role in
the day-to-day operations of our device clinic. Enjoy having weekends off with a
consistent, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule that allows you to
work closely with highly-rated Electrophysiology providers, performing both clinical
and administrative duties. Clinical duties are performed under the direction and
support of clinic providers and include performing device interrogations, analyzing
data, making device changes, and patient education. Administrative duties may
include data entry, scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records. We
offer significant hands-on training, as well as numerous supplemental education
opportunities to help you be successful in this role.

Required: Bachelors degree in any field (required for new hires after 1/1/2024)Preferred: Registered Nurse

Experience

Preferred: 1-2 Years Telemetry Experience

Preferred: Prior ICU experience

Preferred: Prior device or pacemaker experience

Preferred: Understanding of cardiac arrhythmias/EKG strips
