The Human Resources Compliance Coordinator acts as the primary resource for the HR department in areas that our accrediting body, state regulations, and other compliance bodies require of CoxHealth in regards to staffing. The Compliance Coordinator will support the HR Compliance Manager in identifying areas of improvement and developing action plans to correct any non-conformities.
Education
▪ Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience
▪ Preferred: 1-2 years HR experience with working knowledge of relevant accrediting bodies, CMS, and other regulations affecting HR practice
Skills
▪ Analytical/problem solving skills.
▪ Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
▪ Ability to communicate effectively in person and writing with different levels of management and front line staff.
▪ Excellent time management, interpersonal, organization, prioritization, and planning skills.
▪ Ability to write effective documentation for processes and procedures.
▪ Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
