Job Summary

Under the supervision of a Physician, the Physician’s Assistant examines pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in an Urgent Care setting to obtain information about their physical condition. The PA diagnoses and manages treatment of patients including ordering medication and diagnostic procedures such as X-rays and laboratory tests. The PA interprets the diagnostic test results, educate patients, and refers follow up care as needed.
