Job Summary

Provides in home evaluation, direction and application of skilled Nursing Services to complement the patient’s overall Plan of Care.

Job Requirements

Education

Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program

Experience

Preferred: Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse within the last three (3) years.

Skills

Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Required: MO RN License

Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
