  • Assesses and trends vital signs, pulse oximetry, weight, protime and/or blood glucose levels utilizing home telemonitoring and communicates trended assessments.

Job Requirements

 

  • Education
    • Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Experience
    • Required: Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse within the last three (3) years.
  • Skills
    • Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration
    • Required: Unrestricted MO RN License
