Responsibilities
- Manufacturing experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in an optical lab
Required Skills
- Optician Certification (American Board of Opticianry)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Manufacturing experience
- Supply Chain Management
- 8 years optical lab experience OR 11 years optical lab/directly related experience
- Industry background in Manufacturing and/or Optical Laboratory
Preferred Skills
- Previous financial accountability responsibility
- Strong HR knowledge and experience in a union environment
- Experience with PC programs and manufacturing
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: USD $155,000 – $177,000 / year
- Bonus: Up to 15% annual bonus
