Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for the daily oversight and operation of our Sanctuary site providing residential and support services to families seeking asylum in the United States. This position will ensure the delivery of quality services to all clients on a 24-hour basis based on
Constructive Partnerships and NYC Department of Homeless Services (NYCDHS) policies, procedures, and standards. A minimum of five (5) years’ demonstrated leadership and management experience in a residential agency or NYCDHS facility are required to be successful in this role. Master’s degree, in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field is also essential. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
