Full Job Description
- CPR Cell Phone Repair is looking for a Sales Associates for Cell Phones, Tablets, and Computers to join our team! You will be responsible for front counter sales, device repair sales, pre-owned device sales as well as providing repair estimates and checking in and out customers. We are offering a full-time opportunity.
- We will provide all sales and repair training and after 60 days you'll become Apple Certified to repair Apple iPhone devices!
Responsibilities:
- Front House Sales, speak with customers, diagnose their repair needs, sell pre-owned devices, services and accessories.
- Start repairing customer devices within 60 days of hire date to learn how to repair Apple iPhone when primary technician is out of office (training provided)
- Must be determined to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Driven to beat previous sales records
- Speak in person and on phone with customers and properly diagnose device issues and sell products and services.
- Understand hardware and features of cell phones and computers for sale in front of store
- Perform quality inspections before and after repair process.
- Use computer to access inventory and customer invoices.
- Manage inventory of both front of house and back of house (cellular accessories, cellular replacement parts) - This includes re-ordering, restocking, etc, inventory counts, etc..
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the cell phone industry helps, but not a requirement.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, love puzzles.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
