- Conducting reliability assessments and failure analyses to identify issues within systems and processes
- Developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies
- Performing root cause analyses using FMEA, RCA, and 5 Whys
- Leading continuous improvement efforts
- Providing training and support to the maintenance and operations staff
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- # plus years of related experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies, FMEA, and RCA
- Six Sigman Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Familiar with CMMS
- Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies
- Excellent communication, teamworking, and mentoring skills
