Key Responsibilities:
- Review raw material requirements and coordinate production schedules.
- Enter and manage purchase orders, batch sheets, and goods receipts in SAP.
- Reconcile tolling inventory monthly and monitor warehouse receipts.
- Communicate with suppliers and production planning to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Expedite late shipments and resolve issues with missing or delayed goods.
- Track and confirm supplier orders and update system records accordingly.
- High School Diploma; basic math skills required.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for vendor and internal collaboration
