What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Engineer position at CPS Insurance Services?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role will play a crucial part in streamlining our business processes and improving operational efficiency through the development and implementation of automation solutions.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and develop process flow diagrams.

Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, data extraction, report generation, and data migration.

Test and debug automation scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Document and maintain automation processes and procedures.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes and technologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and tools.

Experience with at least one RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of SQL and databases.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer Advanced).
