- Managing the reliability team including mentoring, training, and performance reviews
- Defining reliability objectives and leading efforts to maintain standards
- Developing and implementing reliability strategies to increase performance and productivity
- Leading reliability improvement projects and documenting metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and reliability engineering
- 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Proven understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and reliability analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Certification of Reliability Engineering a plus
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strongly preferred
- Ability to travel to other sites
