Purpose of Role
As a key member of our brokerage team, this role will leverage expertise in commercial real estate to drive successful transactions, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth and reputation of CR Properties Group, LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of deal-making, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market with potential to lead a regional office.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion, including market analysis, property valuation, and contract negotiations.
● Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, landlords, tenants, investors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
● Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on real estate investment opportunities, leasing strategies, property management, and portfolio optimization.
● Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including financial analysis, zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and legal documentation.
● Prepare and present comprehensive marketing materials, investment packages, and property listings to attract potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as legal counsel, financial advisors, and lenders, to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
● Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
● Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional organizations to expand your professional network and promote the brokerage firm.

● In-depth knowledge of the CT commercial real estate market, including market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

● Demonstrate proficient multitasking abilities to effectively manage various aspects of brokerage operations.
Qualifications
● Active Connecticut State Real Estate Broker license or Real Estate Sales Person License.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a proven track record of success in sales and management roles.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Working Arrangements
This position is primarily on-site Monday through Friday, adhering to a schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Additionally, the role entails being on location for appointments, tours, showings, or inspections as required. There may be instances where occasional remote work is deemed necessary or permissible, provided it is communicated in advance and authorized by the Principal Owner.
Pay Structure
This position operates on a commission-only basis.
