What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Territory Manager position at Crafco?
Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Sales Territory Manager to work in Central and Southern California.
The qualified applicant will be required to have outside sales experience, applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations, and frequently travel within the defined sales territory as needed. The sales territory will encompass Central and Southern California. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have practical presentation skills with both large groups and individuals. A minimum of two years of experience in the pavement maintenance industry or related field is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers. The candidate must have good organizational and planning skills. Must possess good problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to support our customers. The candidate must have a current driver's license and a good driving record. A bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience is required.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission with an excellent benefits package including Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Profit Sharing, matching 401(k), holiday pay, and personal time.
