BAS Service Technician – Building Controls

We are partnered with a leading building automation and energy management firm to help them hire a Client Service Technician in Lowell, MA. If you're an experienced controls professional who enjoys technical independence, fast-paced service work, and working with clients in pharma, healthcare, and high-tech settings - this is your role.

You'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation systems (Client), working with platforms like Tridium, Delta, or Siemens.
Why This Role Is Essential
This service team supports over 130 contract customers, keeping critical facilities running efficiently. You'll represent the company on-site, solve problems directly, and be rewarded for proactive, high-quality work.
What You'll Do

• Perform startups, commissioning, repairs, and service on Client/DDC systems
• Work with sensors, actuators, control panels, and low-voltage wiring
• Interpret schematics, mechanical/electrical drawings, and sequence of operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
• Maintain records, job documentation, and light customer training
  

Skills And Competencies
Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in Client, controls, or related fields
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Familiarity with BACnet, LON, RS485, Ethernet protocols
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic networking
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Tridium AX/N4, Delta Controls, Siemens, or Schneider Electric
• Certifications in Tridium, PPCL, or manufacturer platforms
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
