Requirements
- Strong background at successfully and efficiently running Facebook ads
- Strong background at briefing and developing high converting winning ad creatives (with our graphic designers and social creators)
- Strong background in CRO
- Strong background in Email & SMS marketing
- Proficient at successfully and efficiently running TikTok GMV Max Campaigns
- Strong organizational and management skills
What your work will look like:
- Owning the overall growth and success of our online store & TikTok Shop
- Managing and directing our Meta media buying efforts / Facebook Ads
- Managing and developing high converting ads with creators and graphic designers
- Managing and directing our email conversion optimization agency
- Managing and directing our TikTok Shop GMV Max ads campaigns
- Developing high‑converting landing pages alongside our developer
- Constantly analyzing and optimizing performance, conversion, and revenue across all eComm channels
- Building a scalable, data‑driven growth engine for Craftmix’s DTC ecosystem
