Who We Are

We are a Baton Rouge-based e-commerce business that delivers party and craft products worldwide. Our customers have come to rely on and love us for quick and accurate service - our same-day shipping keeps us ahead of the competition. We are looking for one or more full-time employee(s) to join our team to be part of this crucial aspect of our business.

What You Should Know

• Accuracy and speed are key. Fortunately, we’ve done most of the work for you - our warehouse and systems are efficient and well-organized. We need people who can utilize these to provide optimal performance in a reasonable amount of time.
• Flexibility is imperative. We almost always keep standard hours, but during high-volume times (about 3 months a year), associates must be open to extended hours and possibly some weekend hours.
• We are serious about safety. We provide a safe environment for our employees and expect everyone to follow the rules.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collecting and grouping items from customer orders for shipping. This process will be the bulk of your responsibilities.
• Stocking shelves. Large trucks deliver products regularly and we need the whole team to help unload and organize them.
• Inventory counts. Help us keep track of what we have in stock.
• Operating warehouse equipment. You should be able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and other moving equipment to move large quantities of merchandise.
• Other tasks as necessary

What We Need From You

• Your own reliable transportation
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk up to 8-9 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Basic math skills without calculator or pen/paper (Example: I have an order for 25 magnets. The magnets come 12 to a bag. What do I need to grab? Answer: 2 bags, plus one extra)
• Ability to read and take direction in English

• $15 per hour starting. Performance pay additional $5 per hour; most of our staff hits this goal daily.
