Prior experience in high-end or luxury services or experiences preferred. The role is as a Patient Counselor, meeting with patients as part of their consultation and guiding them through their decision-making process. Our PCs exhibit a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence as they provide details on the specific recommendation by our surgeons, explain financing options, and schedule patients for their procedure.
The qualified candidate will love sales and possess well above average closing skills. He or she will demonstrate a history of behaving with the following qualities:
· Excellent in active listening
· Proficient in contextualizing and decoding verbal and non-verbal communication from buyers
· Uniquely selfless and team oriented
· Possesses the ability to see past small disruptions to accomplish the bigger vision of the company
· Experienced in attracting success.
