Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating ideal patient care
- Educate patients on the value in WANTING the dentistry they NEED
- Understand the hygiene department being a business within the business
- Properly explaining treatment by co-diagnosing to increase case acceptance
- Identifying opportunities such as restorative and cosmetic needs to help our patients achieve their overall dental goals
- Ability to overcome patient objections to getting dental treatment done in a professional manner
Compensation:
- Compensation package will consist of a base salary plus incentives and commissions based on Hygiene production and collection
Requirements:
- Active Colorado License
- 2 or more years of experience in hygiene
- CPR-BLS Certified
- Local Anesthesia Certification
Salary : $45 - $55
